OpenHayEye LLC ("we," "us") operates the DollarBets mobile app (the "App"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

DollarBets is a social "bragging rights" betting app: the bets involve no real money, wagers, deposits, or payouts. DollarBets does offer optional paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) that unlock additional features; these are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we do not collect or store your payment card or financial details.

1. Information we collect

Account information

• Email address, when you sign up or sign in (via email, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In).
• A username and optional display name and avatar you choose.

Content you create

• The bets you make (their descriptions and outcomes), chat messages you send about a bet, and any dispute details. Other participants in a bet can see the content of that bet and its chat.

Friends and connections

• The friends you add and follow within the App, and your win/loss record against them. We do not access your device's address book or phone contacts.

Device and usage information

• A device push-notification token, so we can send you notifications about your bets.
• An advertising identifier, used to show ads (see "Advertising").
• Basic app-usage and diagnostic information (e.g., which features are used, and error information) to keep the App working and improve it.

We do not collect your precise location, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or contacts.

2. How we use information

• To create and operate your account and profile.
• To let you make bets with friends and settle them.
• To settle "AI-judged" bets: when you choose AI resolution, the text of the bet and any relevant details are sent to a third-party AI service to determine an outcome (see "Third parties").
